Supervision For Non-Counselling Professionals
If you are a social worker, nurse, midwife, health care assistant, doctor, psychologist, physiotherapist, paramedic, chaplain, priest or in any other role where you come into contact with people who are distressed, you will need supervision.
Sadly, genuine supervision is very rarely available. It's usually offered by a manager or informally by a friend or colleague. If you are unable to explore your own feelings and actions without fear of being judged, breaking client confidentiality or disclosing more than your colleagues can deal with then your time is being wasted.
Professional supervision offers you boundaried space in which to review client work, reflect on your own processes and safely examine your own feelings. The aim is to refresh your work and your competence.

Costs
One to one supervision - £90 for 1 hour.
£100 for 1 ½ hours.
Groups - no more than 3 people - £150 for 2 hours.
